š§āš» About the role
As a Project Manager for Client Integrations, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Luigiās Box integration projects on client websites. Together with your frontend development team, you will help our customersāe-commerce companiesāstart using Luigiās Box products smoothly.
You will coordinate 15ā20 projects at a time with your 3-member technical team. Projects are of small to moderate scale and usually take 2 to 5 weeks.
You will:
Be responsible for all elements of a timely project delivery
Guide customers through the integration process, listen to their needs, propose solutions, and deliver on our promises
Proactively look out for blockers and make sure to clear them in time for the technical team
Manage your small team of frontend developers and facilitate communication between the client and technical team
Evaluate project administration activities and resources (deadlines, timeline, reporting statuses, task distribution, quality of delivery, customer satisfaction)
Identify areas for improvement in project management
Look for opportunities to make the integration process more efficient, faster, reliable, and predictable
š« What makes you a great fit
Must haves
Fluent Polish and English at C1 level
An interest and understanding of technology such as web/e-commerce
2+ years of customer-facing & project management experience in a digital agency (preferably in the SaaS or technical eācommerce solutions sector)
Understanding customer requirements and translating our technical and procedural demands to them
Good knowledge of project management principles and methods
Love for technical knowledge so you can help customers use our product to its full potential
Ability to effectively organize and plan activities for yourself and your team
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage and motivate a remote team
Problem-solving mindset ā able to gather information and come up with a solution that works for all parties
Nice to haves
Knowledge of basic frontend technologies ā HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools (e.g. Trello, Asana)
Another European language ā German, Czech, or Slovak
