Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Leader to guide and mentor our talented development team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our projects, ensuring code quality, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in C++, Python, and TypeScript, coupled with proven leadership and team management experience. You'll be working closely with developers specializing in different areas, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fully remote setting, loves a flexible schedule, and is passionate about the intersection of AI and creativity.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support ⚡.
• Oversee the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with overall product vision 🛠️.

• Oversee infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security 🖥️.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in AI and game development 🛠️.

What do we require?

• Practical experience in using various AI tools on everyday basis (using only ChatGPT and Copilot is not enough here, sorry.)
• Knowledge of and experience using AI-powered development tools.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Knowledge of and experience using AI-powered development tools.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Remix).
• Familiarity with backend development and database concepts (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independence and excellent work organization - we're fully remote, remember?
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and a thirst for learning - especially in the field of AI.
