Who are we looking for?

We're on the hunt for a Junior AI Developer to join our team and build the next generation of AI-powered game development tools. You'll be a versatile developer, primarily working with Python, but you will need to readily pick up the basics of other languages and tools, such as TypeScript and C++, as needed to interface with different systems. Your role will involve a variety of projects, from contributing to AI model development to ensuring seamless integration and optimization within our toolset. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fully remote setting, loves a flexible schedule, and is passionate about the intersection of AI and creativity, particularly the integration puzzle.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain our AI API, focusing on maintenance and improvements. 🛠️
• Generate and maintain tests for our core application. 🧪
• Refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability. ♻️
• Help expand our API to include new features. ➕
• Fine-tune and integrate existing AI models into our tools and optimize their performance. ⚙️
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and solve technical challenges. 🧠
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in AI and game development. 📚
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality. 🤖
• Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented code. 📝

What do we require?

• Practical experience in using various AI tools on everyday basis (using only ChatGPT and Copilot is not enough here, sorry.)
• Experience in Python development (can include personal, commercial or academic projects).
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for AI and related topics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and a thirst for learning - especially in the field of AI.
• Intermediate meme expertise.
• Independence and excellent work organization (we're fully remote, remember?)
• Solid command of English (min. B2, C1 is preferred).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of C++ and Typescript.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
