Who are we looking for?

We're on the hunt for an experienced and versatile AI Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of AI-powered game development tools. We need someone who is passionate about AI, has a proven track record of delivering high-quality code, and is eager to take on new challenges. You'll be a key contributor, working on various projects depending on your strengths and interests. You'll be working on a variety of projects, from deploying, developing and training AI models to integrating them into our tools and optimizing their performance. You might need C++ and Typescript knowledge to integrate our Python APIs into our apps. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fully remote setting, loves a flexible schedule, and is passionate about the intersection of AI and creativity.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain our AI model deployments, focusing on maintenance and improvements. 🛠️
• Help expand our API to include new features. ➕
• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate advanced AI models and pipelines into our tools and optimize their performance. ⚙️
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and solve technical challenges. 🧠
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in AI and game development, and evaluate their potential applications within Ludus AI. 🚀
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality. 🤖
• Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented code. 📝

What do we require?

• Practical experience in using various AI tools on everyday basis (using only ChatGPT and Copilot is not enough here, sorry.)
• Experience in hosting and deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of and experience using AI-powered development tools.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., CUDA, PyTorch).
• 3+ years of commercial experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Intermediate meme expertise.
• Independence and excellent work organization (we're fully remote, remember?)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Solid command of English (min. B2, C1 is preferred).

Nice to have:

• Experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, C++, C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience working in a startup 🌟
