Game Creation Manager

We're looking for a Game Creation Manager to lead our talented, multidisciplinary team in designing and delivering high-quality, engaging board games and hybrid experiences. From initial concept through to production, you'll oversee the entire development cycle - ensuring innovation, quality, and timely execution at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a multidisciplinary team creating both board games and hybrid board games.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and milestones across all phases of development.
• Coordinate resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure that all projects stay within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain clear documentation of development processes, decisions, and updates.
• Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing creative teams.
• Experience in project management (Agile and traditional methodologies).
• Strong leadership and team integration skills.
• Well-organized and self-driven, with attention to detail.
• Fluent English skills (at least B2+ level).
• A genuine interest in board games is definitely a plus.
