    Desktop Support Lead--EUC Microsoft Specialist

    Krakow, Poland

    Full time/Employment contract


    Technical Skills-

    • Plan and Design Intune & SCCM infrastructure for large environment

    • Responsible for creating high -level, low-level design and Build documents.

    • Single point of contact for the technical escalation 

    • Responsible for rollout planning 

    • Technical lead for managing Intune environment.

    • Manage the team and assist them with technical expertise


    SCCM

    - SCCM and GPO Active Directory

    - Experience in managing large SCCM environment.

    o Site Server role deployment

    o Agent installation, migration etc.

    o Agent health monitoring and troubleshooting

    o Expérience in patch and package distribution

    - Experience in managing Windows Defender with SCCM

    - Experience in deploying Operating system using SCCM task sequences.

    - Experience in Upgrading Windows 10 to 11 OS

    - Expérience in PowerShell Scripting


    Intune

    - Experience in managing Intune for mobile devices and Windows 10 devices

    - Experience in managing BYOD/COD devices

    - Experience in Windows Autopilot Services

    - Experience in Application publishing/Deployed on Intune

    - Experience in troubleshooting Device enrolment issues

    - Experience in Implementing App protection and device restriction policies.

    - Expérience in publishing apps from Windows Store/Apple Store/Play store

    - Expérience in managing Windows 10/11Security updates

    - Experience in implementing SCEP/NDES/WiFi profiles
