We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the development of scalable, impactful ad tech products that power our growth and innovation.

     

    Role Overview:

    As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between the commercial roadmap, business goals, customer needs, and technical engineering execution. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and internal and external stakeholders to build high-value data solutions and data insights for our self-serve clients embedded in our Audience & Measurement platform (AMP).

    In your role, you will support the company to deliver AMP features in a timely manner in line with roadmap expectations, report roadmap progress to senior management, and maintain a clear feature roadmap available for anybody in the organisation to access and see the current status and future deliveries for the LoopMe AMP platform.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the demand side platform, ensure timely delivery in line with roadmap expectations and quality.
    • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineers to design data insights, and data services into our self-serve AMP tool. Drive product design and implementation through close collaborations with UI/UX designer, Engineers, Data Engineers, QAs
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics and user data to inform product iterations, drive monetization strategies, and improve ad targeting capabilities.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate roadmap delivery milestones and roadmap updates to executives, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
    • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends such as privacy regulations, cookie deprecation, and advancements in data visualization and data discovery methodologies
    • Project Management: Manage product development lifecycles using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.


    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager in the ad tech or digital media space (Audience DMPs, or DSP platforms, Saas data analytics platforms).
    • Technical Expertise: Understanding of data visualisation techniques, UX/UI design, data processing, data ingestion and matching techniques, data normalization.
    • Analytical Mindset: Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to derive insights and inform product decisions.
    • Project Management: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks, with experience managing cross-functional development teams.
    • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), identity solutions, and emerging trends like AI-powered visualization and discovery user flows..
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience with machine learning or AI-based solutions in data processing, propagation and visualization.
    • Background in or familiarity in data analytics, or computer science.
