We’re looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to help us build the future of LiveKid Infrastructure. You would join our growing engineering team of ~12 people, with plans to almost double over the next year. 

In this role, you will be: 

• Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
• Building and maintaining an efficient CI/CD pipeline to help developers ship the software faster and safer in a structured environment.
• Simplifying, modularizing, and codifying our infrastructure.
• Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Active monitoring of infrastructure costs and cost optimisation.
• Being hands-on and collaborating with DevOps engineers.
• Having a huge impact on the future of the LiveKid platform and product from day one.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience with cloud infrastructures, preferably GCP.
• Solid knowledge of various CI/CD workflows. (e.g. CircleCI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience building IaC systems (e.g. terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with tools such as: Nginx, cloudflare, and DataDog.
• Mature engineering mindset and ability to make informed trade-offs.
• English professional working proficiency.
