For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the PMO Analyst role.
We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join the Linklaters Projects and Change Delivery team.
You will be responsible for providing PMO services to allocated programmes, including ensuring alignment to standard processes, application of best practice methods, tools and templates, management reporting, quality assurance and facilitating programme governance.
You will work closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, third party suppliers, Finance, Technology, other PMO professionals, and wider members of our Business Teams functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing core programme documentation, for example relating to programme plans and the RAID log; ensuring risks, issues, actions and dependencies are up to date, highlighting and tracking their resolution appropriately.
- Reviewing programme status reports, assimilating information from individual Project Managers and/or workstream leads and seeking clarification as needed.
- Enabling rigorous and effective information management and change control practices, ensuring full and easily accessible audit history across the programme.
- Supporting the effective management of the programme budget including forecasting, reporting and, if needed, managing changes.
- Assuring delivery against agreed programme governance arrangements, Linklaters’ project delivery framework, and other recognised industry good practice, providing guidance to the programme team as necessary.
- Performing other ‘ad hoc’ activities such as analysis of programme performance, producing first draft materials for stakeholder meetings and providing input as needed to Linklaters’ processes (e.g.: financial year end).
- Working with the Programme Manager, review and continuously improve PMO services provided, establishing new services as agreed and ensuring these are set up effectively.
In addition, the role-holder will be expected to actively participate in our growing community of PMO professionals and engage with the broader development of our PMO capabilities in the firm.
Your experience:
- Three or more years’ experience working in a Programme PMO or related project or programme co-ordination role.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally with experience using dedicated project or task management tools.
- A recognised project management or project, programme, and portfolio management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2 or APM equivalent, or Axelos P3O certification).
- Previous experience of working in legal services or professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail. Confident with numbers, the analysis of data and financial management information.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels - clearly and succinctly conveying ideas and options.
- Embraces accountability and sets an example to others; proactive and action-oriented, driving progress via self and others and not easily diverted or distracted.
