Virtual Events Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating exceptional virtual events? We’re seeking a talented Virtual Event Technical Support to join our innovative and collaborative team. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging webinars and virtual events, handling everything from initial briefings to follow-up reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute client and internal webinars, overseeing all stages of virtual event management.
• Collaborate with various teams to obtain briefs, coordinate event logistics, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with external technology suppliers and speakers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with virtual event management and technology platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Cisco, AV equipment, production software).
• Proficiency in creating and editing web pages for events.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English, with experience in global organizations or agencies preferred.
