Technical Solution Lead (PM) – Digital for Commercial

Role Overview

The Technical Solution Lead acts as the key interface between Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and IT/Digital functions. The role ensures that business initiatives are technically feasible, aligned with enterprise architecture, and compliant with security and data governance standards.

The focus is on technical analysis, high-level solution design, and system integration enablement rather than software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-level technical designs and vendor-ready specifications.

• Assess technical feasibility of new commercial initiatives prior to investment decisions.

• Support integration of business systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms) with enterprise architecture.

• Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and data governance standards.

• Design and oversee data flows between systems to ensure data quality, availability, and consistency.

• Promote standardization and reuse of solutions across the commercial domain.

• Collaborate with vendors and validate the technical quality of delivered solutions.

• Identify and remove technical blockers to enable business agility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Business Analyst, IT Project Lead, or Technical Lead.

• Strong experience with system integration (APIs, ETL, enterprise integration patterns).

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP preferred).

• Experience with data modeling and enterprise data flows.

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, GDPR) is an advantage.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Experience in complex, federated IT environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and Polish.
