The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Manager with a strong background in Python, Web Technologies, and Cloud Solutions, who also has experience leading development teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our cloud capabilities while working on cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery for clients.
• Apply object-oriented and functional programming methods to solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Microservices Architecture and work with Container Technologies such as AKS/Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ensure clean coding practices and maintain high standards in testing.
• Embrace Agile methodologies and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop solutions that bridge on-premise and cloud systems.
• Assist in solutioning and creating offerings for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in IT.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Proficient in React/Typescript.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools like Bedrock, Azure AI, and Ollama.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, clean code, and testing best practices.
• Knowledge of database technologies (both relational and NoSQL).
• Experience with source code management (e.g., GIT), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience leading external client projects and managing development teams effectively.
