Team Lead Engineer

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• At least 5 years of programming experience in Go, C, C++, or Rust, with readiness to work in Go.

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team, with proven ability to drive technical decisions.

• Background in building and optimizing low-level applications.

• Practical knowledge of microservices and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, and Grafana.

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including concurrency, synchronization, memory management, algorithms, and data structures.

• Experience with big data tools and frameworks (Spark, MapReduce, Elasticsearch, SingleStore, or cloud-native equivalents) is a plus.

• Awareness of cybersecurity practices will be considered an advantage.
