System Analyst Germany (Berlin) MID/Senior

Your Role:

• Analyze business processes and system requirements to propose effective IT solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize systems to support research, production, and administrative workflows.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements for existing systems.
• Liaise with developers, database administrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.
• Provide training and support to end users to enhance system utilization.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in systems analysis, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or research industries.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of ERP, LIMS, or similar systems used in biotechnology or pharma environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with integration platforms and middleware tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated industries (e.g., GxP, GDPR).
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; German is highly desirable.
