🚀 We're Hiring a Subject Matter Expert (O2C & R2R IC)! 🚀
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process optimization and IT solution implementation, focusing on S/4 Program and intercompany workflows,
- Assist in rolling out global intercompany policies across entities,
- Drive performance monitoring, process standardization, and automation with tools like Blackline,
- Provide support for IFRS implementation,
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions,
- Enhance KPI frameworks and refine O2C and intercompany reporting,
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; certifications are a plus,
- 5+ years in Finance/Accounting, including 3+ years in SSC/BPO roles,
- Strong knowledge of accounting (IFRS), SAP FI, and O2C/R2R processes,
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills,
- Fluent English, with project or change management experience preferred,
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
