Senior SAP SD/CS (Sales & Distribution / Customer Service) Consultant with bilingual Portuguese and English language skills
We are looking for a Senior SAP SD/CS (Sales & Distribution / Customer Service) Consultant with bilingual Portuguese and English language skills to support an Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) project. The consultant will be responsible for resolving incidents, managing service requests, and optimizing order-to-cash (O2C) and customer service processes. The role requires strong expertise in SAP SD and CS modules, including pricing, billing, contracts, returns, warranties, and service management, with seamless integration to SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP SD/CS, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
- Handle order management, pricing, invoicing, delivery processing, and returns management in SAP SD.
- Support SAP CS functionalities, including service orders, contracts, warranties, and installed base management.
- Ensure seamless integration between SD/CS and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
- Work on intercompany sales, third-party processing, consignment, rebates, and credit management.
- Troubleshoot output determination, pricing procedures, tax calculations, and revenue recognition.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues with external systems (EDI, IDocs, SAP BTP, CRM, and third-party logistics providers).
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to improve SAP SD/CS workflows and usability.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for business teams.
- Communicate effectively with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders in LATAM, Europe, or other regions.
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP SD/CS AMS support.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including sales orders, pricing, billing, and delivery management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CS functionalities, such as service contracts, repair orders, warranty claims, and installed base management.
- Experience with SAP SD/CS integration with FI (Billing & Revenue Recognition), MM (Procurement), and PP (Production Planning).
- Knowledge of SAP output determination (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), EDI, and IDoc processing.
- Understanding of SAP credit management, rebate processing, and returns management.
- Ability to troubleshoot pricing, tax determination, and invoicing errors.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD/CS innovations and Fiori applications is a plus.
- Strong experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) for AMS support.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
