Project Overview:
The project focuses on scaling chatbot solutions within a GCP-based environment, aligning with the company’s platform strategy. This involves migrating IT asset ownership and ensuring technical and risk compliance while continuing to scale with local tech and risk solutions.
The Engineer will develop and integrate analytics-based solutions on a public cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS), with a focus on automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform and ensuring the efficient implementation and operation of analytical components that power a GenAI chatbot. Key responsibilities include managing the full asset lifecycle, maintaining cloud environments, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and NLP experience
