    Requirements:


    • Experience in the banking sector.
    • At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT service management, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Excellent command of English (minimum B2/C1 level).
    • Proficiency in Italian will be a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (ITIL certification is a plus).
    • Proven experience in team management, prioritizing tickets, and optimizing customer support processes.



    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate closely with the customer, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and ensuring effective communication.
    • Generate detailed service reports and efficiently manage the service budget.
    • Partner with the Expert team to oversee service delivery, aligning priorities with the customer’s business requirements.
    • Address critical situations promptly, developing and implementing preventative strategies to avoid recurrence.
    • Lead the management of issues and problems, ensuring swift identification, documentation, and resolution.
