Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in software development and industry trends.
Software Development:
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, estimating efforts, planning schedules, and tracking progress.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and enforce robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and quality standards.
- Address and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Frontend: Expertise in Angular (Angular 14/16), NgRx Store, RxJS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, LESS, SCSS, and Responsive Web Designing (RWD).
- Experience in writing unit test cases for Angular applications.
- Deep understanding of web development concepts, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Backend: Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST-based API design.
- Strong database knowledge (relational: MySQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL: MongoDB).
- Solid grasp of software design patterns and principles.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (having expertise in one is sufficient).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in managing large-scale web applications with high scalability and performance requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
