About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our technology platforms run seamlessly and deliver consistent, high-quality performance. This role combines operational excellence with automation and problem-solving, playing a critical part in maintaining robust, scalable, and resilient environments.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and application support teams to safeguard service continuity, address incidents, and drive ongoing improvements to our runtime ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the availability, reliability, and performance of core services and applications.

• Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.

• Conduct detailed root cause analyses and prepare comprehensive incident reports to prevent reoccurrence.

• Work in partnership with technical and business teams to translate operational requirements into actionable priorities.

• Continuously monitor mission-critical platforms, ensuring service-level commitments are consistently met or exceeded.

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related technical operations role.

• Strong background with both Windows and Linux environments, as well as cloud platforms — particularly AWS.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform) and configuration management solutions (e.g., Ansible).

• Practical experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.

• Solid coding/scripting skills in Python and PowerShell; ability to read and understand C# is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
