Senior QA Automation Engineer (Enterprise Platforms)

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of the test automation strategy for a complex enterprise platform and its integrations.

In this role, you will design, build and maintain automated test suites that ensure reliable regression coverage across critical business workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders and business representatives to translate requirements into high-quality automated tests and clear release readiness indicators.

You will also contribute to improving testing standards, promoting testability within the development process and mentoring other team members in QA best practices.

Technology & Experience

Must have

• Senior-level experience in test automation within enterprise systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (modules, reusable components, test case design, execution and reporting).

• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, including role-based access and business workflows.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM / business platforms.

• Strong understanding of test design strategies, including:

  • regression testing

  • smoke testing

  • risk-based test coverage

  • negative and boundary test cases

• Experience with UI, API and integration testing.

• Experience managing test data and ensuring stability of automated test suites.

• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to investigate failures across system layers and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise CRM ecosystems or Microsoft-based platforms.

• Familiarity with REST API testing.

• Basic knowledge of SQL for validation and test data analysis.

• Understanding of system integrations and enterprise workflows.

• Experience with monitoring tools and application telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the automation testing strategy for key business processes.

• Design and implement automated end-to-end test scenarios using Tricentis Tosca.

• Maintain and stabilize automated regression suites.

• Ensure proper test coverage across different user roles and system configurations.

• Integrate test execution into CI/CD pipelines and support quality gates for releases.

• Manage test data and environment readiness for automated testing.

• Provide clear test reporting and quality insights for stakeholders.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure testable acceptance criteria.

• Promote QA best practices and support the team in improving testability and defect prevention.

Your Profile

• Around 8+ years of experience in QA or Test Automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.

• Experience testing enterprise business platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).

• Experience working with large distributed engineering teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to mentor and support other engineers.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
