Senior Project Manager with German

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on transformation projects, focusing on business-oriented, innovative approaches in the healthcare sector.
• Conduct market, competition, customer, and SWOT analyses to derive strategic implications.
• Develop digital strategies and new directions for competitive positioning in healthcare.
• Lead transformation projects focused on digitization and customer-centricity.
• Generate new business potentials, including ideas for products, services, and processes through prototyping and product vision creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategy and transformation projects, utilizing project management methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.

• Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English.
• Experience or interest in digital strategy, transformation, or digital product development.
• Analytical and precise work style, with experience in agile and user-centered methods.

Nice to have:

• A degree in business administration, informatics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare.
• Proficiency in another European language.
