Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance an existing application built with .NET and Silverlight
- Conduct bug triage, investigate issues, and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with business users to help them understand and use the TPS system
- Perform development tasks using PostgreSQL, Azure Core Services, and ADO pipelines
- Work independently while maintaining alignment with business goals
- Regularly travel to the client site in Poznań (3–4 days a week, flexible)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
- Hands-on knowledge of Silverlight (legacy experience acceptable)
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Azure Core Services and Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines
- Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with business stakeholders
- Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic
- Fluent in English
