Senior/Lead AI Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Test Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of testing strategies for innovative software solutions. You will collaborate closely with international teams of developers, testers, and product managers to ensure the highest quality standards across various software components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy Ownership: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test strategies to ensure robust software quality.
• Automated Testing: Write and maintain automated tests for different software modules, ensuring coverage and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, improve software quality, and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Continuous Integration: Integrate automated testing throughout the entire software lifecycle, supporting test-driven development and continuous integration practices.
• Stay Updated: Continuously explore and implement new testing tools, frameworks, and best practices, particularly in the area of AI-driven automation.

• Programming Languages: Experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for developing and maintaining test scripts.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration of testing processes.
• Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• AI Exposure: Basic knowledge of AI is a plus but not required.
• English Proficiency: B2+ level of English, enabling seamless communication in distributed teams.
• Travel: Ability to occasionally travel to client locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, data integration, or UX is advantageous.
