About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to take a leading role in designing, implementing, and optimizing modern infrastructure solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for developing scalable automation frameworks, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of deployment processes across cloud and on-premise environments. Your expertise will help shape best practices in infrastructure automation, performance optimization, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation, configuration management, and deployment strategies.
• Establish best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure scalability and consistency across cloud platforms.
• Drive the integration of automated testing and security checks within deployment workflows.
• Design resilient and high-availability systems that can handle dynamic workloads and traffic fluctuations.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting deployment failures and infrastructure issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, security, and observability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on automation and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins (Groovy), GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages for automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of containerization and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and build tools like Maven, Gradle, or Make.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to optimize system performance and detect failures.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance in DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor other engineers.
