Job description
The client is focused on becoming a data-driven digital leader, aiming to create measurable value both internally and for its customers. To achieve these goals, the client needs experts with a wide range of skills in analytics and technology.
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines for machine learning models, using GCP tools like Dataflow, Dataproc, and BigQuery.
Must-Have Skills:
- Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Create efficient and scalable data pipelines using GCP services such as Dataflow (Apache Beam), Dataproc (Apache Spark), and Pub/Sub.
- Data Storage Solutions: Implement and manage data storage solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting in BigQuery.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with GCP Vertex AI for machine learning model deployment
