Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in Asset Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial accounting, deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of ERP system implementations. This role
requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly Asset Accounting (FI-AA) and related submodules (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL).
- Provide consulting services for process optimization and system configuration in asset accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions for clients.
- Analyze business requirements, design workflows, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and project teams.
- Support projects in SAP Project System, SAP FICA, and SAP VIM as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, providing timely solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Business and Technical Consulting roles.
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Accounting, with strong proficiency in Asset Accounting processes.
- Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 2021/2023).
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA submodules: FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-GL.
- Hands-on experience with SAP VIM and FICA solutions.
- Familiarity with MS SQL for financial data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of ERP system implementations, including business process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Professional Scrum Master I certification (2023).
- Certificated Accounting Specialist.
- Experience with SAP Project System.
Language Skills
- English: C1 (Advanced).
