Senior C# Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• System Development: Build and optimize multithreaded, high-throughput applications supporting flow and lifecycle processes.

• Ownership & Accountability: Drive technical decisions and take responsibility for the stability and scalability of core systems.

• Problem-Solving: Balance hands-on coding with system troubleshooting and second-line production support.

• Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, introduce new technologies, and ensure long-term resilience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in enterprise-grade software engineering (8+ preferred), with deep knowledge of C# and .NET Core.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong background in multithreaded programming and object-oriented design.

  • Experience with service-oriented architectures and enterprise messaging systems.

  • Familiarity with AWS components.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Engineering Practices: Exposure to DevOps pipelines and tools (Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Agile and test-driven development practices.

• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular).

• Experience within finance area

• Awareness of post-trade lifecycle workflows.
