Senior AWS Cloud Engineer

Role Description: We are looking for AWS Cloud Engineers with a strong background in AWS, Terraform IaC, and modern infrastructure practices to implement, automate, and manage cloud environments following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Configure AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and networking (VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups).

• Landing Zones: Build and configure Landing Zones according to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

• Security: Implement IAM roles, policies, and encryption mechanisms.

• Automation: Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using Terraform for automated provisioning.

• Collaboration: Participate in architecture discussions and cross-team knowledge sharing.

• Optimization: Support cost efficiency and operational excellence targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• IT Experience: 8 years in IT, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on AWS experience.

• SDLC & DevOps: Solid understanding of the SDLC and strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).

• Scripting: Advanced automation skills using Bash and Python.

• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; additional AWS Specialty certifications (Security or Advanced Networking) are a plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
