Scrum Master with German

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and facilitating Scrum events, leveraging experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and utilizing tools like User Stories, Burndown Charts, and Task Boards.
• Supporting the team in overcoming challenges, providing training in Agile methods and principles, and maintaining an understanding of the project's technical aspects.
• Implementing improvement measures based on retrospective insights, analyzing processes, and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Assisting in the prioritization and planning of Product Backlog Items, as well as collaborating with Product Owners to clarify and detail requirements.
• Supporting the implementation of Scrum at the organizational level and coaching team members, including Product Owners, in their respective roles.
• Driving the team’s Agile maturity, particularly in scaled Agile projects.
• Managing all aspects of project execution to ensure smooth delivery and effective outcomes.

The Hero We Need Should Have:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, APMG Agile Framework).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, successfully implementing Agile and Lean principles.
• 4+ years of experience in project management roles, ideally in large-scale, distributed, multicultural projects or programs.
• A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum Master, Agile PM, and Product Owner techniques (certifications like CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques (e.g., Scrum at team level, SAFe at project level).
• Proven experience facilitating senior stakeholders in international, multicultural environments.
• Strong proficiency with Agile management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• The ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
