Job description
Who are we looking for:
Senior SAP S4 HANA consultant with knowledge especially of FI / CO / SD / MM module including usage of FIORI applications.
Understanding of accounting principles (Polish / International) and tax-related specific SAP solutions.
Knowledge of Project System (PS module)
Experience in local Polish requirements implementation will be a strong asset (PL localization package, solutions for JPK / SAF-T reporting, KSeF / e-Invoicing...)
Experience with connection to additional applications connected with SAP – especially: VIM, SAP Ariba / eProcurement+, Vertex, SAP Concur, MDG (MDG-S, MDG-C, MDG-F, MDG-M)
Experience in multinational environment with IT governance divided into central IT departments, IT Shared Service Center, SAP Implementation project governance
Experience with JIRA (user stories) and Service Now.
Experience in connecting systems of several companies during merger and data migration processes
Fluent English and Polish speaker.
What will you do:
Daily support for local users and key users experiencing issues with specific functionalites in SAP S4HANA.
Reporting of SAP issues via ServiceNow tickets to IT Service Delivery
Tracking the progress of ServiceNow tickets – following up and escalating whenever necessary using respective communication channels and target groups.
Performing and/or managing tests in the SAP system - in order to allow transport to productive environment (e.g. solutions implemented by IT in the system to solve specific issue reported by users).
Suggessting solutions for SAP users and IT to issues related to SAP funcionalites, customizing or configuraton. Especially in order to achieve compliance with local accounting principles and tax regulatons.
Close cooperaton with local team – especially: Tax Manager (in-house tax adivisor), Finance Director, Finance & Accounting department, Logistics / Sales / Procurement / Administration
Managing SAP modernization initiatives and performing tests if necessary – e.g. retrofit tests when new funcionalites are rolled-out
Close cooperation in the implementation of the company merger, consolidation and data migration project
