SAP Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager to lead a local SAP team in Poland and drive system implementations across multiple business units and locations. This is a long-term role with a strong focus on delivery, team leadership, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Role overview

You will manage a team of SAP specialists (about 5-8 people) responsible for implementations and enhancements across key modules including FI, CO, MM, and SD. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects, aligning solutions with business needs, and maintaining a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the SAP team, ensuring effective delivery of projects and initiatives

• Coordinate SAP implementations across different entities and locations

• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into system changes

• Oversee the delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business goals

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams

• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the SAP landscape

• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP project delivery or team leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of some of SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD or others

• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions

• Solid understanding of SAP implementations / rollouts

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP solution architecture or system design

• Ability to evaluate solution approaches and support technical decision-making

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles
