Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP Ariba modules:
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Guided Buying
- Risk Management
- Contract Management
- (Contract) Reporting
- Procurement Planning
- Conduct in-depth pre-implementation analysis and refine project scope.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba to meet business requirements.
- Integrate SAP Ariba with public procurement portals.
- Manage data migration from Oracle Conject and ECC to SAP Ariba.
- Support GAEB file handling and ensure compliance with local procurement standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionalities with business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Ariba implementations, including relevant module expertise.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and data migration (Oracle, ECC).
- Fluent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and manage complex project requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with GAEB file formats and public procurement processes.
