    Job description

    Key Responsibilities


    • Salesforce CRM & CPQ Expertise:
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities effectively.
    • Use Salesforce CPQ for quoting, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, and pricing.
    • Process Improvement:
    • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the tool stack and resolve them through manual interventions.
    • Document and highlight current-state process gaps to drive improvement initiatives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with sellers to understand customer requirements and validate BOM and product configurations with the product team.
    • Facilitate discussions across functions with a consultative approach.
    • BOM Configuration & Pricing:
    • Manage BOM configurations and ensure accuracy.
    • Develop pricing based on the established price book.
    • Adaptability:
    • Quickly ramp up and adapt to changes in Deal Desk and Configure Price and Quote processes.


    Required Skills


    • Experience supporting sales teams with solution selling and bundle management.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to document processes and highlight areas for improvement.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills to align with sales, customers, and product teams.
