Salesforce Consultant/Application Support
Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to users of CRM and ERP systems, ensuring smooth system operation.
Maintain, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions in line with business needs.
Analyze business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of system solutions.
Test new functionalities and system enhancements prior to deployment.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, reports, and user guidelines.
Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively recommend new tools and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Computer Science.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration/configuration)
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.
Well-developed communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations.
Basic understanding of the real estate industry.
Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or SQL.
Experience in data analysis, including SQL-based approaches.
