Job description

We are looking for junior / mid engineer who wants to work on dedicated new platform with elasticsearch.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have:

Proven experience in Java programming
Knowledge of using Spring Framework 5 or Spring boot 2
Search experience, be it Elasticsearch/ ELK or Solr
Knowledge of using Maven, Docker, Groovy, Linux, NoSQL
Nice to have: Data Science/ AI/ ML, Security (OWASP guidelines, CSRF, XSS prevention techniques
Some of the tasks that you will be responsible for:
Implementation and maintenance of Elasticsearch installations running in production environments
Development of customizations and integration with third-party solutions including Company toolkit
Consulting on how search technology can be implemented to meet customer demands
Tuning search solution to meet security, performance, functional, and relevance requirements
We believe that you are a skilled programmer that takes responsibility for your own work. We look for a person who is self-motivated and can take initiative to contribute to improving the solution we deliver to our customers in Poland or abroad.
The ability to communicate in English is mandatory and will be evaluated during the recruitment process. If you speak some Swedish it is a huge plus (but is not required)
