Key Responsibilities
- Execute Record-to-Report (RTR) activities, including general ledger management, reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Perform GL reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support financial audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and system optimizations.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in RTR, with a focus on service delivery for Senior-level roles.
- Proficiency in RTR tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and GenAI.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
