Project Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulations in a large banking project. The role focuses on handling a significant amount of data processing and requires strong Excel skills to ensure the collection, verification, and accurate entry of data into internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify data from contract documents, ensuring all necessary information is gathered to comply with DORA regulations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., contract owners, finance, legal, risk) to fill in missing contract details and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support the population of the ICT register and manage large data sets in Excel.
• Coordinate the review and update of legacy contracts, liaising with vendors to obtain any missing data.
• Optimize processes for ongoing data collection during contracting and onboarding.
• Document approaches for future use and assist with due diligence and risk assessments for third-party contracts.

Key Stakeholders:

• Work with operational teams, project managers, product owners, vendor teams, and internal departments (IT, Finance, Legal, Risk).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Support/Coordination, preferably in a large international organization.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience handling large amounts of data.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (including SharePoint) and MS Project.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

The project will involve a lot of manual data handling, so attention to detail and accuracy are critical. The role is focused on ensuring the successful implementation of regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management and operational resilience.
