Project Manager with SAP

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new lease and real estate management SaaS solution.

This role requires strong stakeholder coordination, ownership of project delivery, and the ability to ensure smooth integration with financial and operational systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle of a lease/real estate management SaaS implementation (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

• Drive timelines, budgets, risk management, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Ensure proper integration with financial processes and related enterprise systems.

• Oversee testing phases (UAT), training activities, and go-live execution.

• Monitor post-implementation performance and support stabilization activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS implementation projects.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Solid understanding of financial processes (lease management knowledge is a strong plus).

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.

• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and proactively drive project progress.

• Experience working with SAP and familiarity with SAP environments is a strong advantage.
