Project Manager with German (SAP Success Factors)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong German language skills (C1+) to lead strategic mid-sized technology projects, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and process optimization in HR IT.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects (e.g., Learning, Performance, Core HR)
• Drive continuous usage and optimization of HR IT systems
• Introduce process efficiencies and improve user experience across HR tech landscape
• Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams (both local and global)
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committees (in German and English)

🧠 Your Profile

✅ Proven experience managing mid-sized, strategic IT projects

✅ Background in HR IT, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules

✅ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid)

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English

✅ Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in an international environment

Optional extras:

• SAP certifications or PM certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum) are a plus
• Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred
