Product Owner
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Product Owner to help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products within the Retail Sales Channel. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
The Product Owner will support Product Management in identifying new opportunities, managing product backlogs, and ensuring development aligns with strategic objectives. The position requires someone who values teamwork, adaptability, and enjoys working across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of product vision and strategy.
Conduct meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
Lead product demos, documentation, and feedback sessions.
Partner with engineering during design, development, and testing phases.
Prepare process flows, specifications, and use cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Legal, and Security.
Provide guidance to users to help them maximize the product’s value.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or product ownership.
Strong understanding of product management principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work with global teams.
Knowledge of Open Retail or Lottery Retailer Solutions is an advantage.
