Job description

Full remote or if you want you can work from of the office in Warsaw.

We are looking for Business Analyst, System Analyst or Junior Product Owner/ Analyst.

You will create consumer facing mobile apps, chatbots, digital loyalty programs, for global brands - in alignment with stakeholders and with support of the Dev, QA and other teams.

You’ll:

Liaise with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into working solutions
Prepare user stories and support team during their implementation
Assist with creating test case scenarios and coordinating testing efforts
Compile and maintain documentation for each product in the team’s portfolio
Track solutions performance and identify areas for improvement

You’ll succeed if you have:

1,5 - 3 years of experience in the area of the software creation process.
Experience in the design and modification of the IT systems, IT business analysis techniques. Would be great if you already worked with mobile apps / loyalty programs.
Experience in cooperation with developers, testers, UX team and stakeholder management
Experience with creating clear tasks and documentation, we use Jira & Confluence for these purposes
Proficient command of English (C1 equivalent), as all our stakeholders are based abroad
You understand good User Experience (UX)
You are able create high level feature prototypes (mockups) and process diagrams, e.g. BPMN, UML
