Principal Digital Innovation & Transformation Lead

Summary: The Principal Digital Innovation & Transformation Lead is responsible for spearheading the digital evolution of our organization. This role focuses on identifying, piloting, and scaling disruptive technologies that optimize research, development, and commercial operations. You will lead the cultural and technical shift required to integrate digital solutions into the core of our Life Science workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the Life Science industry, with extensive experience implementing digital solutions within GxP, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in IT leadership, with a focus on digital transformation, Change Management, or Enterprise Architecture.

• Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as Cloud adoption, IoT in labs/manufacturing, or Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, influencing stakeholders at all levels to adopt new digital ways of working.

• Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives around digital ROI and patient-centric innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the global Digital Transformation strategy, ensuring it accelerates time-to-market for new therapies.

• Partner with Clinical, R&D, and Manufacturing heads to identify bottlenecks that can be solved through digital automation and advanced technology.

• Oversee the selection and implementation of digital platforms, ensuring they meet rigorous Life Science validation and compliance standards.

• Act as a change agent, fostering a digital-first mindset across the organization through training, workshops, and strategic communication.

• Manage the innovation budget and portfolio, moving projects from proof-of-concept (PoC) to full-scale enterprise production.
