Principal AI Program Strategy Lead

As a Principal AI Program Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives within our organization. You will bridge the gap between advanced data science teams and clinical/business operations to drive innovation in a highly regulated environment.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the Life Science industry, including a deep understanding of GxP regulations, clinical trial processes, or drug discovery workflows.

• Proven track record (8+ years) in managing large-scale IT programs, specifically focused on AI/ML implementation.

• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical or biotech organizational structures.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and domain experts.

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business and scientific value.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI integration across various Life Science domains.

• Ensure all AI programs comply with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).

• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

• Lead the validation and documentation efforts required for AI models in a regulated Life Science context.

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding AI program status and strategic alignment.
