PMO Analyst

What You’ll Do:
As a PMO Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of programme delivery, ensuring everything stays on track and aligned with best practices. You’ll:
- Own Programme Documentation: Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, and ensure risks, issues, and actions are properly tracked and resolved.
- Simplify Complexity: Review and consolidate programme status reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
- Drive Excellence in Governance: Facilitate governance processes, apply best practice methods, and ensure alignment with established frameworks.
- Champion Budget Management: Support accurate forecasting, reporting, and manage changes effectively.
- Enable Seamless Change Control: Establish robust information management practices to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
- Support Stakeholder Success: Produce high-quality materials for meetings, analyze programme performance, and provide input on organizational processes.
- Innovate and Improve: Collaborate with Programme Managers to continuously enhance PMO services and establish new solutions where needed.
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also contribute to building a stronger PMO community, sharing ideas, and fostering growth within the team.
What You Bring:
- Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a PMO or programme coordination role, with a solid understanding of programme management methodologies.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Certifications: A recognised qualification in project or programme management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or Axelos P3O certification).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, data, and budgets.
- Communication Pro: Clear and confident in conveying ideas, building relationships, and working across all levels of the business.
- Proactive Mindset: Action-oriented, accountable, and driven to make progress even in challenging situations.
- Team Player: Inclusive, collaborative, and supportive of diverse teams.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in legal or professional services industries.
- Familiarity with financial year-end processes and broader business framework
