Planon Consultant - Facility Management

Position Overview: As a Planon Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of Planon software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the Planon system is configured to meet their needs effectively. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of facility management processes, and the ability to provide expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Planon software solutions for clients.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their facility management needs.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the Planon system operates efficiently.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Planon system.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Planon software updates and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planon Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Planon software.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Planon modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of facility management processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with SQL, database management, and scripting languages is a plus.
• Certification in Planon software is desirable.
