Mendix 11 and AI Tech Lead

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and technical architecture of Mendix 11 applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Drive the adoption and integration of AI capabilities within Mendix solutions to enhance automation and decision-making.

3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mendix development teams.

4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

5. Ensure adherence to quality, validation, and compliance standards (e.g. GxP, data integrity, security by design).

Requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience with Mendix 11 and low-code application architecture.

2. Proven experience in a technical leadership or Tech Lead role.

3. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services or tools into applications.

4. Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.

5. Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
