We are looking for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator / Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Linux-based systems, automating processes, ensuring system security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of Linux servers.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure in production environments.
- Manage authentication, access controls, and security policies, including integration with centralized authentication services.
- Automate system administration tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Maintain system documentation, including configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with other teams to support infrastructure needs and implement best practices.
- Analyze system logs, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Experience managing user authentication and access controls.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with scripting in Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of storage management, including file systems, remote mounts (NFS, CIFS), and logical volume management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
