Lead Python/Golang Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and architecture of a cloud-native, microservices-based platform.

• Lead system design across backend services, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.

• Contribute hands-on to backend development in Python and Golang, while guiding frontend teams on API design.

• Ensure platform scalability, performance, observability, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, coding standards, and technical debt reduction.

• Mentor and lead a distributed team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong expertise in Python and Golang, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.

• Solid background in data engineering (SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, ETL/ELT) and event-driven systems.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern testing practices.

• Strategic, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills; fluent English required, French is a plus.

• Familiarity with ESG, AI/ML concepts, or financial/regulatory systems is a strong advantage.
