About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related support. This position is perfect for those who want to expand their Salesforce knowledge while assisting users, resolving system issues, and maintaining data accuracy.
In this role, you will handle user requests, oversee data management and quality assurance, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. The primary focus will be on Sales Cloud, with occasional involvement in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud as needed. You will collaborate closely with senior administrators, developers, and business teams to improve system efficiency and encourage adoption across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
✔ Provide first-level support for Salesforce users by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues.
✔ Manage data entry, ensure data accuracy, and assist with deduplication efforts.
✔ Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
✔ Document recurring issues and solutions to streamline resolution processes.
✔ Identify opportunities for optimizing how Salesforce queries are tracked and managed.
✔ Work with the Salesforce development team to escalate and troubleshoot more complex problems.
✔ Perform quality assurance testing on new features before deployment.
✔ Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to improve system functionality.
What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning administration, technical support, or a similar role.
✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce components, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automation tools, and user management.
✔ Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for daily communication.
✔ Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
✔ Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear, user-friendly manner.
✔ A strong desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
➕ Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
➕ Basic knowledge of Salesforce development tools, such as working with APEX triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components.
➕ Experience working with third-party applications or ISV-installed packages.
